Blackdot Embarks on Next Chapter of Growth

2018 has been another exciting year at Blackdot Solutions, the company behind Videris, the world’s most powerful investigations software.

In the spring, Blackdot appointed Zac Brech as CEO of the company – Zac has been a director of Blackdot since 2014.

In the summer, we relocated our offices to new permanent accommodation. Our principal office in London is now located at 36 St. James’s Street, whilst our Cambridge-based technology HQ has moved to its own dedicated building, Viola House in Trumpington.

Most recently, we are excited to have raised significant new equity funding to accelerate our growth. The money has been raised from existing shareholders and from six new private investors. Our new investors are all highly successful individuals from the UK, Germany and North America. We are delighted to have them on board and are excited about the contributions they will make to our continued success.

The business continues to progress. We are grateful for the loyalty of our existing clients and are delighted to be adding a range of new blue-chip clients. Much of our new client activity is now in North America and this is a high priority for us. We have also had success in Germany and Central Europe on which we are keen to build.

It is an exciting time, full of opportunity. We have delivered big advances in Videris during 2018 and have significant new features coming over the next few months.
