Join our team of London-based Account Executives

Our clients are high-value blue chip organisations drawn from the top of their respective sectors. They rely on our unique intelligence and investigations software, Videris, for handling critical problems in a transformational way. Our client base is growing and so is our requirement for individuals capable of supporting these relationships.

You will be a key contributor to building relationships with existing and potential clients, showcasing our software, preparing marketing materials, responding to client issues and generally ensuring our clients have the best possible experience.

You will be meeting with our clients’ representatives, working through their problems, improving the value they gain from our software and identifying opportunities for us to be more useful.

You might have some professional experience (1-3 years) which could include a background in intelligence, professional analysis or relationship management in the government and/or commercial sectors. We will also consider applications from recent graduates. Most importantly you’ll be confident, highly motivated, engaging and self-aware.

You will be comfortable producing high quality written and presentational material for clients and you will be adept at using PowerPoint, video editing software and other presentational tools (or have the ability to become so).

Given the nature of our clients you will need to embody the highest levels of integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Learning how to use our software to an expert user standard
  • Active involvement in identifying and marketing our software to potential clients
  • Training and building relationships with new clients
  • Managing accounts and providing support for current clients
  • Producing high-quality written and presentational material for clients
  • Performing analysis on a broad range of investigative projects alongside clients
  • Analysing new data sources and technologies as part of the ongoing development of our software
  • Sharing expert user feedback with our Product and Development teams

The role is based in Central London at our offices near St. James’s Park. The salary range for the role is between £25,000 and £30,000 depending on previous experience.  Candidates should be educated to degree standard. Candidates are subject to a vetting regime and should be capable of achieving UK security clearance to at least SC level if required.
