We’re delighted to share that Blackdot has been listed in the RegTech100 2025. This award, presented by RegTech Analyst, lists the leading regulatory technology innovators and disruptors that financial institutions should be aware of in 2025.

With the RegTech industry continuing to grow in 2024, the selection process for this year’s RegTech100 was one of the most intense to date. The final 100 were selected by a panel of industry experts who examined a longlist of nearly 1,500 businesses.

As regulations change, the work of the businesses listed in the RegTech100 is more important than ever. In just the first half of 2024, global financial regulators levied 80 fines totalling $263.2m for non-compliance with AML regulations, including KYC sanctions, SARs and transaction monitoring violations. The RegTech100 calls attention to the organisations who will transform compliance and help financial institutions to meet regulations in 2025.

We believe in helping firms to achieve more than just tick-box compliance. We encourage them to support regulatory bodies in the fight against financial crime by providing them with the innovate technology needed to leverage open source data effectively. The firms that we work with understand just how crucial OSINT is in countering financial crime.

We’re delighted to see our work in this space acknowledged by these awards, and I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude for the wider Blackdot team who continue to work together to realise these goals.
