We are pleased to reveal that we feature in the RegTech 50 innovation ranking for 2024.

Readers of online technology publication BusinessCloud and an expert judging panel together decided the 50 most innovative RegTech companies headquartered in the UK.

We are delighted to announce that Blackdot made the cut with our OSINT platform, Videris.

The RegTech 50celebrates businesses of all sizes creating original tech to transform regulation and compliance.

“This year’s RegTech 50 showcases the best of British firms developing technology to fight crime and fraud through identity verification, Know-Your-Customer (KYC) solutions and compliance checks,” said Jonathan Symcox, editor of BusinessCloud.

“It’s a privilege to shine a light upon companies of all sizes leading the way.”

BusinessCloud called on its readers to vote for companies from the shortlist over seven days. A combination of these votes and choices from an expert judging panel determined the top 50.

The judging panel was comprised of:

  • Edward Emerson, head of digital regulation, techUK
  • Chris Steele, partner – banking risk & regulation, KPMG UK
  • Kimberley Waldron, founder & MD, Started PR
  • Jonathan Symcox, editor, BusinessCloud
