Our response to COVID-19
In response to COVID-19, we have enacted a contingency plan to allow us to operate during these challenging times. As a company, we are continuing all business operations remotely to protect the well-being of our employees, clients and partners. We plan to do this for the foreseeable future.
For existing Videris customers
We continue to provide full support, training and maintenance to all existing Videris users remotely. Any clients experiencing any issues with remote working with Videris should contact our support team for help. Our development work to constantly improve Videris also continues.
For potential customers
Videris is ideally suited to remote working: users can access it from home or another location just as easily as from their workplace. All of the security benefits it offers also apply when working from home, so there is no risk that investigations are insecure or traceable.
Videris can also be easily and quickly deployed remotely. We offer full remote training and support as required.
